Oztop is pleased to announce that we now stock modern Ariostea® surfaces which are renowned for their unique aesthetic qualities and technical properties. They are ideal for many indoor and outdoor living spaces including bathrooms, kitchens, homes, restaurants, conference spaces, laboratories, hospitals, spas, hotels, and resorts.
Ariostea® create their acclaimed porcelain products by using a high-tech production process that subjects raw materials, such as feldspar and quartz, to extreme heat (as high as 1300˚C) and high pressure – a process similar to the way the Earth transforms sediment into rock. The end results are a new generation of strong, light, functional and expressive ceramic surfaces that are suitable for internal & external benches, floors and walls.
Ariostea® surfaces have a range of natural and exquisite aesthetic colours, and effects such as wood, stoneware, resin, marble and cement. Finishes include shiny, silk, soft, structured and prelucidato (burnished).
Recent developments include Active Clean Air & Antibacterial Ceramic™ which involves the application of titanium dioxide (TiO2) at extremely high temperatures during production. This advanced coating enhances the anti-odour, anti-pollution and anti-bacterial action of Ariostea® surfaces – making them an excellent choice for spaces and environments where clean air, hygiene and sanitation are essential.
